There is already a wealth of evidence that provides a strong business case in favour of instilling flexible working into the DNA of organisations but beyond the business and individual benefits we rarely stop to understand the impact flexible working can have on our society as a whole.
As a result of the recent Serious Youth Violence Summit held at 10 Downing Street on 1st April 2019, Taking Care of Business collaborated with the incredible, inspirational and pioneering women at Phoenix Education Consultancy and Brain Box Solutions to explore the role effective postnatal working solutions can have on the mental health of children and young people.
